GROUP BOOKINGS

Thank you for your interest in dining at Root, Bristol. As we are a small restaurant, any parties over 10 will be on our covered terrace where we have heaters and provide blankets, weather permitting. 
Below is a guide to our set menus for large groups. Our menu changes daily, depending on the seasons and what we get in from our suppliers, but please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Terms & FAQ’s

We do require any changes to the number of guests or dietary requirements to be made by email with at least 5 days prior to your booking. 

We request a £10 per head deposit when making the booking, this will secure your reservation and the deposit will be taken off the final bill on the evening. Alternatively we can refund the deposit back to the cardholder at the end of your meal, please note this just may take 5-10 business days to reach your account. 

A 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.
As we are a residential area, our licensing dictates that the restaurant must close at 11pm. 

Regrettably due to the setup of our kitchen with overlapping chef sections we are unable to guarantee the total absence of cross contamination of allergens and are therefore unable to accommodate guests with anaphylactic or life threatening food allergies.
